To Cure Pimple right there in your home: In this post are the 7 sure steps to cure Acne(pimple). Read till end
1. Wash your face day and night:
To cure pimple, it’s important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin’s surface. Always make sure you do not sleep with make ups on your face, that will cause more harm than good
2. Drink Much Water
Your skin is an organ. Water flushes out the toxins from our vital organs while also carrying nutrients to the cells, which helps the organs function at optimum levels. With regards to skin, it helps reduce pimple, marks and acne, even delaying the ageing process to an extent. For healthy skin, increase your intake of water(six to eight glasses a day)
3. Never Try To Scrub Away A Pimple
Avoid using rough materials to wash your face. Scrubbing your pimples will further irritate it and make it worse. Scrubbing your pimples can also help spread the bacterial all over your face, harsh treatment to your face will also result to redness of the skin, causing more harm than good. Treat your pimple with care, or you will lose the beauty of your skin.
4. Wash Your Face With Cold Water
Cold water tightens the skin’s pores, which doesn’t allow the natural secretion of sebum and acne-causing bacteria, thereby stopping the spreading of pimples. Cold water can help ease the pain and swelling of a pimple, and can also make your skin less oily. Do not use hot waters on your pimple.
5. Stop Eating Much Groundnuts/Peanuts
Peanuts/groundnuts contain an androgen, which can make acne/pimple worse by increasing sebum production. Peanuts will generally make you more oily.
6. Do Not Pop/Squeeze Your Pimples.
Growing up i had pimples on my face, but the only remedy we knew back then, was popping our pimples, it is very tempting too. most times it causes redness of our skin, which could last for days. After months of my observations, i found out that the pimples were actually not being cured, the one’s popped, leaves a dark spot and a hole(pockmarks) at that spot, and new pimples kept coming again. I had to go do some research, in my findings, i found out, popping the pimple is actually the worst way to cure pimple, i was making things worse, and that is because of lack of patience. I stopped popping my pimple, i left them untouched. Suddenly everything changed, with the help of other remedies i listed in this post, my pimples stopped showing up, black spots stopped, and the pimple left with no trace of them. sometimes pimple shows up on my skin, but my magic is this “don’t pop it”.
